This application employs Row-Level Security (RLS) and ownership-based isolation to segregate user data. Each user account is isolated, and you may only access records associated with your account email address.

While reasonable security measures are in place, no system is completely secure. You acknowledge the inherent risks of digital data storage and agree to maintain appropriate security practices, including protecting your login credentials.

For data privacy specifics, please refer to the separate Privacy Policy. Data handling, retention, and compliance with applicable regulations are your responsibility to verify and understand.

The platform maintains multiple layers of data protection. Automatic hourly snapshots of your account data are retained for approximately 24 hours to enable point-in-time recovery, and full scheduled backups can be configured in your Backup & Recovery settings. You may also export and download your data at any time.

While these safeguards reduce the risk of data loss from errors or system issues, you remain responsible for reviewing critical data after any automated process and for maintaining any additional backups required by your business. The operator does not guarantee that every prior state can be recovered beyond the retained snapshot window.

In no event shall the operator of this application be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or any other loss arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use this application.

The application is provided on an "as available" basis. The operator makes no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, or uninterrupted service.

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Ensure all data you input is accurate and lawful
• Not use this application for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using this service
• Notify the operator immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Regularly back up your data to prevent loss
• Assume full responsibility for all actions taken under your account

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system or other users' data
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of this application
• Use the application for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Upload or share illegal, defamatory, or confidential information

The operator reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the application following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms for updates.

The operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate account access at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the application ceases immediately.

Any disputes or claims arising from the use of this application should first be communicated to the operator in writing. The operator and user agree to attempt to resolve disputes in good faith before pursuing legal action.
